- A caller said “there is a bicycle on top of the gazebo.” The caller said “she is not sure how whoever put it there managed it.” An officer responded, and the item was “placed in the bike shed.”
- A caller sid someone took his truck. The caller was “extremely angry.” Officers responded.
- A caller said “she had her business computer hacked.” The caller said she “ended up getting 40 calls,” and “money was taken from her business account.” An officer responded.
- A caller said his cat was missing.
- A caller “reported that there is a male outside screaming at someone.” Officers responded but did not find the screaming person.
- A caller said she arranged for some people “to keep her dog” when she “moved to a place” that “didn’t allow her to have the dog and had been living there three months.” The caller said the people “aren’t letting her see her dog” and “told her she cannot see the dog.” An officer responded, determined the circumstances and told the caller she would need to go “to civil court to retrieve her dog.”
- Aaron David Mallicoat, 30, 1904 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of violation of no-contact order.
- A caller said someone “was assaulting her.” Officers responded and stood by while the caller “gathered her belongings and left for the night.”
September 17, 2017
- A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with two debit cards she found in the park. An officer responded and “logged them into evidence.”
- Carol Henderson of 2120 Fifth St., Perry, was issued a citation for first-offense dog at large.
- Richard Wilfredo Orellana, 24, 2109 Warford St. Perry, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.
- A caller reported “a opossum underneath her car in her garage.” The caller called again and said “the opossum had escaped.”
- A caller “requested to speak with an officer regarding property issues.” An officer responded and explained “how to go about the small claims court process.”
- A caller said someone was “outside her house, and she did not want her there.” The caller said the person “was knocking and looking through the window.” An officer responded and “issued a no-trespass order.”
- Bernardino Vargas-Cuapixco was issued a citation for nuisance burning.
- A caller said “a theft just occurred, and they have footage of it.” An officer responded.
- A caller reported an abandoned bicycle in front of his residence. An officer responded, “recovered the bike and placed it in the bike shed.”
- A caller said “her garage was broken into.” An officer responded.
