A memorial service will be held for Peggy Ann Beals, 64, of Bouton at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry Saturday, Dec. 2 at 2p.m.
Peggy died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.
She is survived by her husband, John A. Beals Sr. of Bouton; three sons, John (Gina) Beals Jr. of Johnston, Jason (Pamela) Beals of Elkhorn, Wis., and Christopher Beals of Bouton; brothers and sisters, Flora (Gary) Sinkuler of Perry, Dennis Moorhead, John Moorhead of Rippey, Maxine Bauer of Perry, June Elston of Woodward, Jim (Ruby) Moorhead of Texas, Donna Jesse of California, Valerie (Troy) Griffith (Troy) of Perry and Penny (Chris) Carstarphen of Perry.
Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements.
