Temperatures in the mid-30s and mild winds might not be everyone’s idea of perfect biking weather, but for the throng of two-wheel enthusiasts gathered for the 41st BRR, the climate was practically perfect.
Sponsored by the Perry Chamber of Commerce, the annual Bike Ride to Rippey drew thousands to downtown Perry this morning, many bundled against what, in the rural stretches, was sure to be less-than-balmy conditions.
Events will continue throughout the day and into the evening.
