- Shane Joseph Vanover, 23, of 23800 170th St., Bouton, was arrested in the 25000 block of El Paso Avenue for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended.
- Diego Chavez Pascual, 20, of 1222 E. Second St., Ottumwa, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
- Kayley Morgan of Sioux City was traveling west in the 12000 block of Houston Trail when she swerved to miss a deer, and her vehicle overturned in the ditch and came to rest against an Alliant Energy pole. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000, and damage to the utility pole was estimated at $50. No injuries reported.
- Beverly Xuncax of Perry was traveling west in the 17500 block of Iowa Highway 141 toward Perry when her vehicle left the roadway to the right and onto the shoulder. She over corrected then lost control of the vehicle, which entered the median and rolled several times. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $8,000.
