The city of Perry has announced that Dubuque-based Fahrner Asphalt Sealing LLC will resume sealing cracks in the city’s streets Wednesday, Sept. 19.
The crack sealing will continue in the northeast corner of town, on Park Street from 18th Street to Violet Hill Cemetery. The crews will also seal cracks on Second Street, North Street and 16th Street.
Beginning Friday, Sept. 21, the contractor will seal cracks in the city parking lot on the northwest corner of First and Willis avenues, across from the Perry City Hall.
The city asks that all vehicles use street parking during the morning hours while the work is completed.
