- Tyler D Olesen, 29, of 1680 N.W. 80th St., Clive, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
- Jessie Glen Adams, 37, of 240 S. James St., Grimes, was arrested at 1800 Linden St. in Dallas Center for domestic abuse assault.
- Patrick Burke Lewis, 40, of 28278 Prospect Ave., Adel, was arrested in the 23000 block of W Avenue for OWI.
October 7, 2018
- Mathiyalagan Egamparam of Brampton, Ontario, was traveling east near the 100 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his vehicle left the roadway and struck the median cable barrier. No injuries were reported. Damage to the semi was estimated at $9,000, and damage to the cable barriers was estimated at $8,000.
- Jeremy Tavarez Ciriaco, 21, of 2516 Perry Park Ave., Perry, was arrested in the 18000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal for driving while license revoked.

- Breane Lynette Philpott, 26, of 2010 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
