A Perry man was arrested Saturday afternoon by officers of the Perry Police Department on a charge of violation of probation.
Brandon Lee Stucker, 21, 2620 McKinley St., #11, Perry, was taken into custody about 2:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Paul Street after a traffic stop was initiated on the 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis he was driving.
Stucker was arrested Oct. 9 by officers of the Perry Police Department on charges of first-offense OWI, two counts of weapons law violation and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
Stucker was granted a pre-trial release Oct. 23 by Dallas County District Judge Brad McCall in advance of a pretrial conference scheduled for Nov. 30 and a trial Dec. 17. Iowa Department of Corrections Probation Officer Mark Esser applied Nov. 13 for a revocation of Stucker’s pre-trial release.
