  • Brendi Nicol Garcia Rios, 21, 1401 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on an Adel warrant.
  • Officers of the Perry Police Department conducted a funeral escort.
  • A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. and said he lost his billfold, and now someone has used the credit card three times to make online purchases.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said “someone has slashed her tires.” The caller said she believes a certain person “might have done it. She believes he has been stalking her.” An officer responded and found the “tires appear to have been punctured.”
  • A caller requested officer assistance “so that she can pick up her property.” Officers responded and “stood by while” the caller “collected property from inside the home.”
  • A caller said a customer “pumped more than she paid for by $8 and drove off.” An officer responded.
  • A caller said her dog was lost.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
