Workers were seen setting the stage Monday evening for Tuesday’s laying of the new Willis Avenue water main between W. Eighth and W. Ninth streets in Perry.
The one-block stretch of Willis Avenue will closed Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for completion of this portion of the project, according to the city of Perry.
Tyson Fresh Meats workers are encouraged to use Warford Street between W. Third Street and W. 10th Street on Tuesday in order to avoid the bridge construction and the water main project.
