Three seniors from the Perry football team have been acknowledged by the Iowa Football Coaches Association for extraordinary success in the classroom by being named to the Class 3A Academic All-State team.
Nic Fellom, Adan Medina and Tyler Soll were announced as outstanding scholars recently, joining just 64 others in Class 3A in receiving the recognition. Players must be senior starters with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.7 at the end of their junior and must be recommended by their coaches while also being involved in extra-curricular activities in addition to football.
