The bridge over the Des Moines River on Boone County Road E57 will close for about three weeks starting Wednesday, July 31, the Boone County Secondary Roads Department announced Monday.
The county recommends that motorists follow the official detour: L Avenue (County Road R18) to U.S. Highway 30 to Quill Avenue (County Road R27).
