Hearty homestyle food will be served Saturday at the fall Bouton Betterment Committee breakfast at the Bouton Community Center from 7-10 a.m.
The season’s first Bouton Betterment Committee breakfast attracted about 200 hungry diners Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. for a full slate of morning fare, including pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns and biscuits and gravy.
“I seldom miss a Bouton breakfast,” said Doug Wood of Perry. “The next one in May 7.”
The Bouton Betterment Committee uses the proceeds from its food events for street improvements and other worthy causes.
