Carolyn Guay, 81, of Perry passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
A visitation will be held Saturday, July 6 from 10-11 a.m. at the Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home-Perry Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
