Ankeny-based Casey’s is proposing a new store in the industrial park on Perry’s east side, and the Perry City Council is expected to approve a construction site plan for the project at Monday night’s meeting.
The Perry Planning and Zoning Commission approved the construction plan June 13 and recommended the council’s further approval, subject to the inclusion of sidewalks on lot two of the Perry Industrial Park Plat 1.
The site was designed by Urbandale-based Civil Design Advantage LLC.
