- Mark Weddell of Dallas Center was traveling in the 31000 block of Iowa Highway 44 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
- Jaclyn Kosloske of Urbandale was traveling in the 33000 block of L Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000.
- Gabriel Schuster of Stuart was traveling eastbound on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 112 mile marker when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a collapsible barrier. Shuster was transported by Dallas County EMS for injuries. Damage to his vehicle was estimated to exceed $15,000.
- Luis Arratea, 39, of 2602 Marengo Dr., Perry, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
- Lian Thang, 43, of 8905 Luin Dr., Clive, was arrested on two warrants for first-degree fraudulent practice.
- Nazir Coffie, 21, of 3307 McKinley St., # 309, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
