- Annabella Zulu, 28, of 319 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second-degree harassment.
- Todd Guisinger, 47, of 316 N. Sherman St., Stuart, was arrested for eluding, operating without interlock, interference with official acts and OWI and issued citations for fail to display registration plate, fraudulent use of registration, speeding, failure to provide proof of financial liability and driving while suspended.
April 1, 2023
- Jocelyn Kovaleski of Dallas Center was traveling in the 600 block of Vine Street in Dallas Center when her vehicle struck a curb, a utility pole and a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Kovaleski’s vehicle was estimated at $12,000. Damage to the parked vehicle was estimated at $1,000, and damage to the utility pole was estimated at $1,000. Kovaleski was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Jose Hernandez Martinez, 21, of 1206 S.E. Belmont Dr., Ankeny, was arrested for OWI and open container and issued a citation for no valid driver’s license.
- Andrea Smith, 41, of 3940 114th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
