- Cody Johnson, 29, of 2124 E. 13th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge was fourth-degree theft.
July 31, 2025
- Elicia McMaster, 19, of 2905 S.E. Keystone Dr., Grimes, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no-contact order.
- Tanner Wilkins, 29, of 1120 S.E. Olson Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Scott Embree, 42, of 28657 280th Pl., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Mohamed Elnour of Adel was traveling southbound on R Avenue near Eagle Crest Drive hen his vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Melissa Stoll of Des Moines. Stoll was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Elnour’s vehicle was estimated at $60,000, and damage to Stoll’s vehicle was estimated at $30,000. Stoll was issued a citation for unsafe passing and no insurance.
- Briar Alford, 32, of 12603 N.W. 142nd St., Madrid, was arrested for eluding, speeding, person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, driving while barred, unsafe passing, no insurance, no registration and failure to obey a traffic control device.

- Ezera Mwilewa, 24, of 2704 Harbor Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for driving while suspended.
