- Bryan Rico Alvarez, 26, of 917 31st St., Des Moines, was cited and released for OWI and no license.
- Andrew Irons, 29, of 1208 Davis St., Dexter, was arrested for operating without interlock driving while revoked and issued a citation for driving under suspension and no registration.
