Aug. 1, 2023
- Kyler Ross, 38, of 1720 358th Ave., Weaver, Iowa, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Mele Vaipae, 38, of 2906 Cottage Grove Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Star Armagost, 19, of 4216 Lincoln Swing St., Ames, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Nicole Eppert, 44, of 110 E. Fourth Ave., Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
Aug. 2, 2023
- Aaron Brown of Stuart was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 103 mile marker when his vehicle was struck by an unknown semi-tractor trailer, which proceeded on without stopping. No injuries were reported. Damage to Brown’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
