- Jennifer Eiteman of Perry was traveling eastbound on Iowa Highway 141 when her vehicle entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
- Charles Christopher Balius, 45, of 130 E. Third St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
