- Nettie Bruen of Van Meter was traveling west near the 115 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when she slowed down for traffic ahead of her and was struck in the rear passenger side by a vehicle driven by Doris Loy of Murray. No injuries were reported. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
