- Jerry Lambert of Perry was traveling in the 21000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when he lost control of the vehicle, which entered the ditch and overturned. Lambert was transported by Dallas County EMS to Mercy One Medical Center in Des Moines. Damage was estimated at $20.000.

- Jason Spence, 46, of 204 Fifth St., Minburn, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft.
- Chan Machar, 62, of 2211 Sunflower St., Perry, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for open container and violating one-way traffic designation.

- Daniel Pottorff, 67, of 516 S. Fremont St., Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Chowng Wong, 29, of 1117 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Mousab Alomyan, 22, of 1074 S.E. Maple Leaf Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of probation violation.
- Ian Burns of Creston was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 115 mile marker when an unknown vehicle crossed in front of Burns’ vehicle and caused a collision. The unknown driver then crossed the median and fled the scene. No injuries were reported. Damage to Burns’ vehicle was estimated at $7,000.

- Sunday Deng, 26, of 1480 S.E. Bishop Dr., Waukee, was arrested for driving while denied or revoked.
- Erin Hudson of 5900 Sutton Pl., Urbandale, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
- Michael Williams of Denver was leaving the gas pumps at a DeSoto store when his vehicle struck a vehicle, driven by Ralph Artis of Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damage to Williams’ vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Artis’ vehicle was estimated at $7,500.

- Jacob Ziefel, 35, of 405 44th St., Des Moines, was arrested for driving while barred, failure to provide proof of financial liability and speeding.

- Alicia Hawking, 33, of 501 S. Chestnut St., Jefferson, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft.
Dec. 26, 2023
- Quintin Richardson, 19, of 265 Bel Aire Dr., Waukee, was arrested for eluding, failure to obey traffic control device and speeding.
