- Jose Villalpando, 30, of 1170 Olson Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for judgment debtor exam.
- Fabrice Hakimana, 23, of 810 Loomis Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license denied.
- Gabriel Hiatt of Des Moines was traveling south in the 14000 block of Zook Spur Road when his vehicle began to slide on the ice and slid southward off the roadway, entering the ditch and striking a fence line. Hiatt complained of neck and back pain and said he would seek medical treatment on his own. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,500 and $50 to the fence.
- Olivia Carlson of Madrid was traveling in the 14000 block of Zook Spur Road when her vehicle struck ice and slid south into the ditch, striking a utility pole. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $7,000 and $500 to the utility pole.
