- Jonathan Daniel Horrigan, 19, of 304 N. Harrison St., Stuart, was cited and released at the intersection of Omaha and Clark streets in Redfield for driving while suspended.
- Maximilian Dominic Magnino, 19, of 269 N, Wilmette Ave., Westmont, Ill., was arrested at the 104 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Amanda Jo Sharp, 34, of 1220 Guthrie St., De Soto, was cited and released on El Paso Avenue for driving while suspended.
- Mineisha Kensha Ford, 29, of 511 Lakeside St., Waterloo, was arrested at 201 Nile Kinnick Dr. N. for possession of a controlled substance.
