- Joseph Klostermann of 203 S Main St. in Linden reported someone slashed the tires on his vehicle while parked at this address.
- Lucas Brandon Potter, 30, of 107 Cardinal Ave., Atkins, Iowa, was arrested in the 28000 block of U.S. Highway 6 for OWI.
- Kimberly Sue Hatfield, 47, of 505 Elm St., De Soto, was arrested at this address for domestic abuse assault.
February 5, 2017
- Nathan James Flinn, 23, of 1617 W. Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.
- Victor Mejia Perez, 23, of 620 Warford St., Perry, was traveling north in the 16000 block of T Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000.

- Jason James Masolini, 43, of 615 S.W. Seventh St., Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of domestic abuse assault.
- Amanda Marie Guzinski, 35, of 615 S.W. Seventh St., Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of credit card fraud.
