Feb. 2, 2023
- Nathan Phillips of Urbandale was traveling in the 15000 block of 240th Street when he lost control of the truck and trailer he was driving in high winds, and the vehicle entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
Feb. 3, 2023
- Juan Nuno, 28, of 908 Pattee St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
- Joseph Scheckel, 67, of 15 River Vista Dr., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of OWI.
- Timothy Parks, 33, of 27720 Sportsmans Club Road, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of a controlled substance and OWI.
- Bruce McAllister, 32, of 1606 E. Walnut St., Des Moines, was arrested for impersonating a safety patrol officer.
Feb. 4, 2023
- James Heuer, 44, of 308 N. Main St., Stuart, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for improper use of lanes.
- Annbella Zulu, 28, of 319 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested for interference with official acts, driving while barred and driving while suspended.
Feb. 5 2023
- Treyonna Gandy, 22, of 355 Eighth St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Hannah Leonard of Grimes was traveling on L Avenue near Old Highway 6 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,500.
