- April Cruz, 47, of 955 Spruce St., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
- Richard Moore III, 21, of 1316 Locust St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of probation violation.
- Wendy Williams, 51, of 426 N. Second Ave. E., Newton, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- John Elgin of Adair was traveling in the 33000 block of N Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
