- Brandon Stucker of Woodward was traveling south on U Avenue when he hit a slick spot on the gravel road and left the roadway, entering the south ditch. Both Stucker and a passenger were transported to Dallas County Hospital for minor injuries. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,500. Stucker was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
January 18, 2017
- Jacqueline Deaver of Dallas Center entered the intersection of Maple Street and Percival Avenue in Dallas Center and struck a vehicle driven by Mark Johnson of Dallas Center. No injuries were reported. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Deaver was issued a citation for failure to obey a yield sign.
