- Brad Beebe of Adel was traveling in the 32000 block of R Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4000.
January 6, 2017
- Joey Ann Godwin, 36, of 203 E Perry St., Jefferson, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Miguel Antonio Castro of Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of unauthorized use of a credit card.
