- Eric Degarmo of Lincoln, Nebraska, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 100 mile marker when he lost control of his vehicle, which collided with the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
- Erin Hudson, 42, of 1420 Mulberry St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
