- Jennifer Webb, 45, of 36602 Osage Ave., Van Meter, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
- Austin Goetzinger, 32, of 820 Granda Road, Carroll, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for speeding and failure to dim headlights.
Jan. 12, 2025
- Joshua Gordon, 38, of 108 Saint Mary’s Court, Stuart, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance after his vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Trenton Kuhns of Redfield, while traveling in the 19000 block of Old Highway 6. As a result of the collision, Kuhns’ vehicle entered the ditch, and Gordon’s vehicle overturned. Kuhns was transported privately. Damage to Kuhns’ vehicle was estimated at $30,000, and damage to Gordon’s vehicle was estimated at $25,000.
- Gary Witkovski, 76, of 910 Indian Ridge Dr., Waukee, was arrested for OWI.
- Alysia Gordon, 42, of 108 Saint Mary’s Court, Stuart, was arrested for OWI.
- Miranda Schlicht, 25, of 207 Green St., Ralston, was arrested on a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and for possession of a controlled substance and possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
- Samantha Hansen of Van Meter was traveling in the 35000 block of Ute Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
- Stephen Stranton of Yale was traveling in the 31000 block of L Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
