- Anthony McDaniel, 55, of 7171 Woodland Ave., West Des Moines, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for improper use of lanes and failure to carry registration card.
- Nathan Parkison, 33, of 20271 365th St., Earlham, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and child endangerment.
