June 28, 2024

  • Ramiro Montoya Camacho of Perry was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 and turning onto 141st Drive when his vehicle was struck from the rear by a vehicle, driven by Joshua Magill of Woodward. No injuries were reported. Damage to Camacho’s vehicle was estimated at $3,500, and damage to Magill’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000. Magill was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
  • Autumn Stout, 23, of 1200 Ash St., Dallas Center, was arrested for assault-place in fear of contact and harassment.
  • Timothy Moon, 27, of 1329 Casady Dr., Norwalk, was arrested for OWI, harassment, possession or carrying of dangerous weapons while intoxicated, interference with official acts, criminal mischief, assault on persons in certain occupations and possession of a controlled substance and issued citations for no insurance, no seatbelt and open container.

June 29, 2024

  • Zachary Glick of Ankeny was backing into a driveway in the 27000 clock of U Avenue when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Chase Yetmar of West Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damage to Glick’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Yetmar’s vehicle was estimated at $7,000. Yetmar was arrested for OWI, driving while suspended and no insurance.
  • Edwin Berstrom-Erlandson, 19, of 414 N. Dodge St., Algona, was arrested for driving while suspended, driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a citation for speeding and no insurance.

July 1, 2024

  • Catlin McDonald, 36, of 1711 G Ave., Scranton, was arrested for OWI, interference with official acts, open container and possession or carrying of dangerous weapons while intoxicated.
