July 19, 2024
- Tamra Mills, 44, of 105 E Percival St., Rippey, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Sophia Rutherford, 29, of 2951 Kading Road, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for violation of conditions of pretrial release.
- Savannah Tuigong, 22, of 3560 E. Douglas Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for violation of conditions of pretrial release.
July 20, 2024
- Paige Debiase of Waukee was cited and released for second-degree harassment.
- Nicholas Hedberg, 33, of 2416 E. 50th St., Des Moines, was arrested for OWI and possession or carrying of dangerous weapons while intoxicated and issued citations for open container, reckless driving, speeding and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway.
- Liberty Ashworth, Panora, was driving west on Hwy 44 at W Ave, when a vehicle driven by Shiyan Davis, Waukee, entered the intersection, causing the two vehicles to collide. Ms. Ashworth and a passenger in the other vehicle were transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries. Ms. Ashworth’s vehicle had an estimated $5000 damage. Ms. Davis had an estimated $5000 damage. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. Ms. Davis was issued a citation for Failure To Stop At A Stop Sign/Failure To Yield Right Of Way.
July 21, 2024
- Esequiel Trevino, 30, of 1311 Pleasant St., Adel, was arrested for public intoxication.
- Anjanette Wolfe of Jamaica was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near F Avenue when her vehicle left the roadway, and entered a ditch and struck a utility pole. She was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Wolfe’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
July 22, 2024
- Sergio Maldonado, 39, of 159 S. Chestnut St., Avoca, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
