- Joseph Hanson, 43, of 460 N.W. Sycamore Ave., Earlham, was arrested on a warrant for controlled substance violation and failure to affix a drug stamp.
- David Rico, 32, of 812 S.E. 28th St., Des Moines, was arrested for driving while barred and driving while revoked and issued a citation for no registration and no insurance.
- Shane Davis, 48, of 512 N. Division St., Stuart, was arrested for driving while barred and issued a citation for no insurance.
- Fikreta Cajic, 55, of 4439 Lilac Court, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
