July 3, 2025
- Rodrigo Cruz Elliott, 19, of 1049 Starline Ave., New Virginia, was traveling in the 31000 block of S Avenue in Adel when his vehicle entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,000. Elliott was arrested for OWI and failure to maintain control.
- Daniel Hernandez, 18, of 2907 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.

Lane Kuehl, 62, of 23170 V Ave., Dallas Center, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
July 5, 2025
- Joshua Watkins, 37, of 9 E. Cherry Lane, Rupert, Idaho, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury and assault.
- Noel Bartusek, 31, of 2710 Adams Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury and assault.
- Amanda Monaghan Reinbeck was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 106 mile marker when her vehicle entered the median and struck the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage to Monaghan’s vehicle was estimated at $12,000, and damage to the cable barriers was estimated at $5,000.
July 6, 2025
- Trent Hustedt, 20, of 2521 Northwood Dr., Ames, was cited and released for OWI.
- Paige Brown, age 23, 412 S. 12th St, Adel, was cited and released for OWI.
July 7, 2025
- John Snyder, 42, of 18811 S Ave., Dallas Center, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
