June 9, 2023
- Rusty Lee Curtis Lewis, 36, of 1619 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
- Brian Alan Greif, 52, of 217 Maple St., De Soto, was charged with a violation of a no-contact order. On June 8, 2023, while in the Dallas County Jail, Greig made a phone call to the protected party on the no-contact order.

- Sean Gregory O’Leary, 54, of 204 S. 64th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for child endangerment-bodily injury.
- Joseph Ndagijimana Mbiombio, 29, of 1304 34th St., Des Moines, was arrested near the intersection of First Avenue and 141st Street in Perry for OWI.
- Elijah Bryan Searcy, 24, of 306 Kellogg Ave., Dallas Center, was arrested in the 29000 block of Woodland Hills Drive in Dallas Center for OWI.
June 11, 2023
- Justin Wayne Skaggs, 23, of 746 S.W. 13th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
- Dusty Shea Wolfe, 35, of 2929 Kading Rd., Perry, was arrested in the 22000 block of 141st Street in Perry for two counts of interference with official acts, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, harassment of a public official or employee and assault on persons in certain occupations.
June 12, 2023
- Christopher Robin Cundiff, 47, of 1411 S. Seventh St., Adel, was arrested on warrants for forgery, insurance fraud and identity theft.
