- Luis Mota, 24, of 7736 Burt St., Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
- Jose Garcia, 25, of 3940 N. 104th Court, Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and issued a citation for no valid driver’s license.
June 19, 2021
- Jay Holmes of Perry was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 when a deer entered the roadway. Holmes swerved, and his vehicle rolled and entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $7,000.
June 20, 2021
- Kamal Ismael of Clarkston, Georgia, was traveling westbound on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 100 mile marker when he failed to navigate a turn due impaired visibility in heavy rain and his semi-tractor trailer entered the ditch and struck a cable barrier. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $12,000.
- Luis Clyce, 49, of 903 Vine St., Dallas Center, was arrested for assault.
- Agustin Flores Zuniga, 29, of 311 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested for first-offense OWI and issued a citation for speeding and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
- Matthew J. Kilts, 41, of 2014 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
