- Daniel Mayer of Redfield crashed his ATV near 328th Place and Dexfield Road and was lifeflighted to Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.

- Bruce Pierce, 65, of 110 Belaire Dr., Waukee, was arrested for driving while revoked and driving while suspended.
- Jonathan Messamer, 34, of 705 Clark St., Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.

- Bryton Boddie, 20, of 1311 S.E. University Ave., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
