- Eduardo Martinez, 50, of 807 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Jacob Nelson of De Soto was traveling on U.S Interstate 80 near the 110 mile marker when a vehicle, driven by an unknown person, collided with Nelson’s vehicle and then left the scene. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
