- Bernadine Smith of Woodward was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near Quinlan Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
- Herbert Williams, 26, of 5515 S.E. Fourth St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Sheri Rooker, 57, of 4127 55th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
