- Dakota Donald Smuck, 18, of 875 Cedar St., Waukee, was arrested in the 28000 block of T Avenue for eluding, driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway, careless driving and registration violation.
- Brenton Thomas Ohaver, 24, of Pisgah, Iowa, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license denied.
- Chung Chris Lo, 48, of 8225 Century Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for fraudulent practices.
