- Stephanie Leigh Davis, 56, of 508 Walnut Ave., Woodward, was arrested in the 30000 block of 190th Street in Woodward for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of prescription drug and no insurance.
- John Angel Parra, 26, of 1408 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Juan Carlos Aquino Rodriguez, 32, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license suspended.
