- Danielle S. Macomber, 31, of 1229 E. 32nd St., Des Moines, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation on an original charge of fourth-degree theft.
- Brian Foster, 20, of 1920 68th St., Windsor Heights, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
