March 28, 2025
- Nancy Cassady, 62, of 340 N.W. Third St., Earlham, was arrested for assault on persons in certain occupations and interference with official acts.
March 29, 2025
- Jerry Anderson, 67, of 217 E. Saint Joseph St, Wathena, Kansas, was arrested for OWI.
- David Robertson, 61, of 121 S. Hazel St., Van Meter, was arrested on two counts of third-degree harassment.
- Clista Monzingo of Guthrie Center was traveling in the 22000 block of 240th Street when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
- Ezequiel Cruz of Des Moines was traveling in the 31000 block of Ute Avenue when his vehicle entered the ditch and overturned. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $15,000. Cruz was issued citations for no insurance and no valid driver’s license.
- Kimberly Lathrum, 58, of 9517 Twin Eagles Dr., Johnston, was arrested for OWI and issued citations for no registration and no insurance.
- Kelly Simpson, 46, of 4700 Cody Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to stop in assured clear distance.
March 30, 2025
- Dean Scieszinski, 41, of 6128 Dakota Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for no valid license and no insurance.
- Luis Rodriguez Ramirez, 39, of 105 Fifth Ave. N.W., Altoona, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
- Mehmed Arslanovic of Urbandale was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near Bosniak Lane in rural Granger when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Jerimy Godwin of West Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damage to Arslanovic’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000, and damage to Godwin’s car was estimated at $6,000. Godwin was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance and no insurance.
- Tajen Ross, 24, of 306 Birch Ave., Woodward, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for failure to maintain control after his vehicle left the roadway of Iowa Highway 141 near T Avenue, entered the ditch and overturned.
March 31, 2025
- Chad Menz, 43, of 821 1/2 Hickman Road, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
