- Ryan Van Gorp, 38, of 5518 145th St., Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree kidnapping, three counts of harassment of a public official or employee, three counts of impersonating a public official and falsifying public documents.
- Jaylynn Surrette, 28, of 2519 Clarkson Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- A juvenile driver was traveling westbound on 240th Street near T Avenue when the vehicle entered the ditch and overturned. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000. The minor driver was issued a citation for violation of special driving restrictions.
