- Prince Mugabo of West Des Moines was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 and attempted to make a turn onto I Court when he lost control of his vehicle, which struck a stop sign. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $6,000. Mugabo was issued a citation for failure to maintain control and violation of instruction permit.
- Shane Smith, 41, of 1309 W. Second St., Perry, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Joshua Peterson, 39, of 2730 Indianapolis Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Christopher Newman, 23, of 1130 S.E. Mapleleaf Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for forgery and unlawful possession of prescription drug.
- Larry Leachman, 43, of 5512 Meredith Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
