- Jairo Baca Izaguirre, 35, of 6820 Holcomb Ave., Urbandale, was arrested for driving while suspended.
- Tanya Kephart, 37, of 344 E. Thornton Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Charity Silva of Redding, California, was traveling in the 20000 block of Old Highway 6 when her vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Thomas Dixon of Adel. Silva was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Silva’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Dixon’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Dixon was issued a citation for unsafe passing.
- Kasum Turkovic of Redfield was traveling in the 19000 block of Old Highway 6 when his vehicle entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
