May 2, 2022
- Chad McGilvra of Adel was traveling northbound in the 31000 of N Avenue, and Jaspret Kharoud of Emerson, Manitoba, was traveling southbound when their vehicles sideswiped on another. McGilvra sustained minor cuts and refused medical attention. Damage to McGilvra’s truck was estimated at $1,000, and damage to Kharoud’s semi was estimated $200. Law enforcement could not determine who was at fault.
- Tanner Rupe, 35, of 105 E. North St., Bloomfield, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Felix Lopez, 35, of 322 State St., Gutherie Center, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
May 3, 2022
- Dustin Deitrick, 41, of 33762 Rustlin Lane, Adel, was arrested for second-offense domestic abuse assault and child endangerment.
