- Seth Blitz, 32, of 19015 123rd Pl., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment.
- Richard Cortez, 26, of 9556 Aster Lane, Johnston, was arrested for OWI and issued citations for open container and speeding.
